Many thanks for the follow up email, I have picked up the package, loaded programmer software into my PC and used the programmer to program a PLD device without any issues. The whole tracking process worked really well and would be keen to use some of your other products in the future. Many thanks for your assistance last week. The replacement key fobs arrived as required and the software changes were able to be implemented before our employee left. It is reassuring to still find a company which has staff willing to make the additional effort to meet a customers needs again thanks to all concerned. Regards Keith Buckland
