AAD (Advanced Aluminium Design Ltd) was created in 2004 as aluminium extrusion fabricators, going from strength to strength it has become a one stop shop for aluminium requirements and the leading supplier of aluminium products in the UK. AAD's success has been built on our dedication and commitment to excellence and quality of our finished product. We are so proud of this ethos that it runs through our entire workforce meeting and often exceeding our client’s expectations.

During initial product design and development our technical advice is readily available to ensure potential manufacturing problems are eliminated. We can advise on many aspects of extruded section design like, glazing techniques, tolerance limitations and other practical considerations.

Aluminium Extrusion Fabricators
AAD have the facilities to machine and mill extrusion up to 7200mm in length, our three CNC aluminium machining centres give us the capacity to accommodate high volume production runs and large bespoke projects. As leading UK aluminium extrusion fabricators we welcome all sizes and types of project, we can work with our own supplied extrusions or are equally comfortable working with customers free issue extrusion.

Aluminium Welding
Advanced Aluminium Design Ltd have MIG and TIG welding bays for aluminium welding, allowing us to weld a range of aluminium thicknesses from 1.2mm up to 25mm. Aluminium welding is available for a variety of products including display stands, light boxes, architectural products, window frames, marine buoys, corner fittings for heated skirting boards and more.

Sheet Fabrication
When it comes to sheet fabrication AAD can fulfil any requirement with all alloys and thicknesses undertaken. Our use of water jet and laser facilities ensure a high level of accuracy and precision, whilst our use of press brakes give us the ability to form curves in different thicknesses of sheet at different radii, allowing us to produce complex structures.

CNC Milling
AAC are able to our CNC milling centres to take extrusion or solid plate and machine small components at high speed with the highest accuracy.

Aluminium Extrusion Rolling and Forming
Advanced Aluminium Design can arrange the bending and forming of aluminium extrusions to a range of radii.

Product Design - CAD Software
If you have an idea but do not have the CAD skills to make it a reality then AAD can do that part for you! Our extensive use of 2D and 3D CAD software allows us to test customers ideas, taking them from initial concept, to design and development, then all the way through to manufacturing and production.
