Although a newly established company Blackburn & Co Ltd boasts three generations
of experience in all types of metalwork enabling the provision of a competitive
and professional metalwork service to meet the ever demanding needs of its
customers.

Metal
Fabrication
From metal fabrication to fencing and structural steelwork we offer a reliable and
quality service to a wide client base.
Past metal fabrication projects have included fencing and gates for Hamilton Academy, Royal
National Orthopaedic Hospital, Walthamstow School and many more all of which can

Staircases
Essex
All of our
metal staircases are custom built to your individual requirements. Whether
its in a commercial, industrial or residential property we understand the beauty
of a carefully crafted staircase. Our staircases are created using a combination
of glass and steel to make a stunning feature for indoor or outdoor.
Fencing
Chain-link fencing, bow top fencing and mesh fencing and gate installations can
all be viewed by visiting our website which contains a comprehensive list of

metal fencing projects.
Framework/Security Doors
Recent projects include a framework and security door installation at
Walthamstow School where we manufactured and installed a new powder coated
finish security door and framework to the schools premises in order to increase
the security of valuable school equipment.
Gates
Blackburn & Co Ltd designs and manufactures gates to suit a wide range of
applications.
Projects in the past include the design and manufacture of a specialised gate
automation system where we created and installed a 9 mt wide x 1.1 mt high solar
powered cantilever gate and posts to secure the entrance to an area which had no
mains electricity available.

Steelwork
We also offer a complete design and
structural steelwork service to meet a vast
range of applications.
All structural steelwork can be treated from a wide range of finishes including
