I wanted to drop you an email to say thank you for all your help and support in planning the Rail Sustainability Summit on Tuesday. I know I was a nightmare to get hold of (damn these events), and I really appreciated your calm persistence!! The event was a tremendous success! I have received lots of positive comments from the speakers, the delegates and the exhibitors. Everyone loved the venue, and the food! We ate the cakes on the way home on the train – a cuppa and a chocolate cake, perfect!!! Can you pass on my thanks to lovely Ian, lovely Kathy and lovely Nicky – without them, the event would not have happened! Nicky was so patient with me and the speakers! Kathy was so caring… and trying to constantly fatten us up. Ian was there to receive my hugs and also get things done. Thank you Congress Team!
