Voltage Transformer Servicing
As experts in all aspects of transformer Servicing EPMS has now become the new

Oil
Sampling
After the accurate retrieval of your transformer oil samples, they are sent to
away to an independent laboratory for analysis.
This comprehensive testing procedure covers key issues such as water content,
electrical strength and acidity.
Further extensive tests available include Polychlorinated Biphenyl levels,
resistivity, dielectric dissipation and furans.
All our samples are taken in accordance with BS EN
60475:2011 Method of sampling insulating liquids.
Transformer Tank Refurbishment
EPMS also provides a highly efficient offsite refurbishment service for
transformer tanks covering rust treatment, undercoating with primer and
finishing with a coat of high performance gloss paint.

Eddy
Current Separator Repairs
EPMS offer a complete eddy current separator repair and refurbishment service.
Belt wear of the eddy current separator can result in failure of the rotor, its
wrapping, bearings or cover. Our repair service will keep eddy current
separators running smoothly.
