state of the art injection moulding machines working seamlessly with 6 axis
automation and camera inspection. Our experienced engineering departments keep
up to date with new technologies to ensure we can offer the most cost effective
and reliable solution for high volume production requirements
Automotive
Solutions
forteq Group specialise in plastic gears and actuator devices, along with
automotive pumps, engine timing systems, power steering, air-suspension, engine
mounts and EV systems. Offering global support to our manufacturing plants, we
have technical competence centres in Switzerland that supports Gear development
activities and in Italy for Pump systems such as fuel, oil and water.
Industrial Products
forteq historically produce demanding technical components and supply many
industrial market sectors, including :- IT system parts, Mobile phone housings,
Power Tool hand-sets, Gas, Water and Electricity meters, Carbonated drinks

Injection Moulded Plastic Gears

engineering plastics and check the parts intricate detail using CMM programs to

for sound reducing purposes in actuators, soft touch handles on power tools or
aesthetic requirements, forteq have this capability and know how.
Electric Vehicle Plastics
