Precision CNC Gear Cutting
Our comprehensive range of cnc gear cutting machinery allows us to manufacture serrations, spur gears, involute splines, worm & wheel gear sets. Our specialties are fine pitch gears for instrumentation and non-involute forms and crown splines for aerospace applications.

Milling
A lot of the components we produce are part of an actuation mechanism, Newmont have the expertise to measure positional and geometric parameters between milled features. Our milling machines allows us to make 3 & 4 axis machined components, motor plates, instrument gear boxes, housings and cover plates.

Turning
Whatever your turning requirements are our CNC lathes have the answer, we are able to produce, splined shafts, couplings, hubs, cross shafts, leadscrews, reaction plates, break plates, quill shafts, spur and bevel gear blanks.

Grinding
We have nine grinding machines that give us the ability to produce internal and cylindrical diameters and external threaded components. Additional abrasive machining techniques we can provide include honing and lapping.

We also provide a deburring service for splines, gears, hydraulic and actuation parts.
