7. I required a bespoke solution for retail Point of Sale. After looking through various websites to no avail and with increased frustration I came across the Index Plastics website. The website is clear and functional but I still needed advice. I called the sales line and spoke to a helpful representative who suggested a solution. Furthermore I received samples in the post the next day as promised for me to try in person. I can’t emphasise how impressed I am with this service – fast, helpful, knowledgeable and it’s rare that a company delivers on a promise and exceeds expectation. After I received the samples I placed the order online and received it on time – all done via the web service. I have used Index Plastics again recently and they have provided a service to my company which once more delivers a solution within my specific time constraints. This has prompted me to share my experience, particularly as this is so rare in today’s market place.

6. Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you for the great service you have given IMO in dealing with our hanging tab problem we experienced. Throughout handling our problem, you have acted very quickly and positively. Not only did you offer an alternative product that was better suited to our needs, it was also a lower cost product - couldn't really ask for more. Praise is not often given and service is taken for granted, so I just thought I would say well done - you are a credit to Index.

I just wanted to say thank you for all of the help I received before, during and after I placed my order with Index. Having compared a number of different companies' prices and spoken to several customer service representatives, I can honestly say your prices and staff were the best I encountered, so as most of us tend only to comment when we receive poor service, I thought I'd say thanks for the good service received on this occasion. So thank you again to Robert Thorning who helped ensure a great service throughout and also to Darren Amos who helped me overcome a 'user error' when Rob was unavailable. I just wanted to put in writing how impressed I’ve been with your company and in particular Robert who has been extremely helpful, professional & informative since my initial enquiry. Not only did Robert handle my calls (and there were several of them!) really well but any sample requests etc. were despatched to us in record time, your accounts department were a pleasure to deal with, and the first order has been delivered to our customer today. Robert also went out of his way to spend time explaining your range of products & their uses & sending a number of sample packs out to us to enable us to introduce a new range to our sales team. We deal with a lot of suppliers for several kinds of product range but the service received from your company so far has been exceptional & I felt that should be highlighted – you must be very proud of your team. I hope that we are able to continue building a strong relationship between our two companies.
