Magnetic Separators
Eriez offer an extensive range of both heavy and light duty magnetic separation equipment used for the removal of tramp and fine iron from a variety of materials. Eriez ProGrade range is specifically designed to service the processing industry, such as food, pharmaceutical, plastics and rubber.

Suspended Overband Magnets
Positioned over conveyor belts to remove unwanted ferrous from the product stream. These magnetic separators are particularly used in the recycling, quarry and mining industries as effective means to protect expensive downstream equipment.

Magnetic Drums
Eriez magnetic drums are used for any applications where materials are fed via a conveyor belt. They are used for the removal of ferromagnetic and paramagnetic particles from the wet or dry product stream.

Magnetic Pulleys
Used to automatically separate heavy tramp iron and fine iron contaminants from conveyor transported materials.

High Intensity Magnetic Filters
Eriez high intensity, high gradient magnetic separators are mainly in the mineral processing industry to capture fine ferrous and paramagnetic particles in liquids and slurries.

Rare Earth Roll Separators
This simple pulley and belt system are the ideal solution to separate paramagnetic particles from dry products. This is particularly useful in plastics industry, where it is used in conjunction with Eriez plastics additive, PolyMagï¿½.

Magnetic Sweepers
For an efficient removal of ferrous items from runway and other critical area of flooring, Eriez designed a magnetic sweeper. They can prevent tyre damage and reduce equipment downtime and eliminate many safety hazards.

Eddy Current Separators
Eriez range of Eddy Current Separators (ECS) includes the traditional concentric version, but most importantly the Eccentric ECS. This equipment is of valuable use in the recycling industry as they allow the separation of coarse and fine non-ferrous particles from waste stream.

Eriez Eddy Current Separators are used for the recovery of non-ferrous metals from automotive residue (ASR), to separate aluminium cans, to purify PET flake from any non-ferrous metal contamination, such as aluminium, copper, zinc, to separate non-ferrous metals from incineration ash and for many more applications.

Eriez latest RevX-E ST22 offers now the industry best standard in the removal of very fine nonferrous metal particles from fine waste stream, especially plastic flakes.

Metal Sorters
To support the growth of the recycling and waste industry, Eriez designed a complete range of ferrous and non-ferrous metal sorting equipment. This range of metal sorting equipment enables MRFsï¿½ and recyclers to recover the most value from the mixed waste stream. They allow the reduction of waste going to landfill, but also maximise the profit generated from the waste materials.

Vibratory Equipment
Vibratory equipment is used for controlled feeding of dry bulk materials, screening dry and wet products, separating solids from liquids, conveying large tonnages of bulk materials, and for vibrating bins and hoppers.

Sampling Equipment
Eriez samplers enable to extract a representative sample of feed material to determine whether quality parameters and customer standards are being met. Widely used in power stations, quarries and coal handling plants, applications exist within the recycling and other process industries, such as wood, grain, minerals, plastics and food.

Fluid Filtration Equipment
Eriez filtration systems are designed to support metalworking operations using fluid and can be used as individual machine tools or complete plant-wide centralised systems. Eriez offer the centrifuge as an ideal filtration solution.

Shred 1
Using ballistics technology Shred1 separates iron-rich ferrous from mixed metals and is ideally used for the processing of end of life vehicles.

FinesSort
Combined with Eriez eddy current separator and magnetic drum, the FinesSort metal recovery module is the best in fine particle metal separation.

PokerSort
Eriez PokerSort extracts long, troublesome pokers like automotive leaf springs, tie rods, steering and axle components and other generally uncooperative long shapes directly from shredded material.

ProSort II
Utilising metal sensors and an inverted paddle mechanism, ProSort II is an airless metal sorter enabling the recovery valuable metals without the need of a costly air supply.
