I worked with Mitech Systems when we were looking for a solution to our technical documentation archiving at HeavyLift. It was taking us days in front of a photocopier to archive the mass of paperwork for an aircraft check - and then when a query came in or an audit was performed, it would take a long time to retrieve the relevant information. we also wanted a USP to set us apart from other service providers at the time. Irene and her company worked with us to develop a simple procedure for the indexing and archiving of material and our customers appreciated a copy of their records accessible by their staff on CD.
