injection moulding solutions like overmoulding and twin shot moulding, we are
able to achieve optimum product output in a short space of time.
Working to your individual specifications your product is injection moulded and
sent to our dedicated quality inspection department to guarantee quality and
accuracy at all times. We are widely regarded as one of the UK's best plastic
injection moulding companies and take great pride in that fact.
Our large moulding shop is equipped with fully automated machinery, including
pick and place robot arms, conveyor belts and insert moulding to allow
continuous production runs of plastic injection moulding. Our 225 tonne plastic
injection moulding machine can accommodate 2 colour moulding and prototype mould
tooling.

Our tooling department was formed in 1960 to manufacture die-cast tooling and

During every project we undertake, Plasticom work closely with our customers to
find the most cost effective tooling solution to suit your needs. We can produce
prototype models or low cost prototype tooling, these include simple 3D resin
models, stereo lithography models, rim mouldings and vac castings.
