The Challenge Ord, Carmell and Kritzler, a renowned surveying firm with 15 staff were relocating their offices and the timescales were difficult as it was scheduled for the new year holiday period. Planning was crucial, very complex and involved all parties working closely together. Prime Connect organised and provisioned new ISDN2e circuits and Fibre Broadband and additionally arrange for their phone system to be relocated on 31/12 (New Year’s Eve). The Solution Prime Connect planned the installation of the ISDN2 circuits and Fibre Broadband prior to the relocation. This required three separate BT Openreach engineer visits organised by Prime Connect. The phone system was relocated and all the structured cabling was installed to ensure a smooth transition. The necessary diverts were put in place and the customer experienced minimal downtime. The Result Ord , Carmell & Kritzler, experienced minimal disruption to their business and were operational when the business opened in the New yea
