Our process controller has the ability to control the riveting machine to the
desired form using a radial process. The radial process is a better forming path
for solid riveting as the material is moved from the centre of the rivet and the
pressure applied is lilted to ensure deformation of the base of the rivet is
kept to a minimum. This ensures that little or no base material is deformed

The riveting machines are manufactured in Switzerland. The UK subsidiary not
only involved in the riveting machine applications , but supplies assembly
solutions to suit clients particular needs.
