Springhill Springs are custom
spring manufacturers based in Northern Ireland, we specialise in the design and manufacture of tension, compression and torsion
springs as well as bespoke wire shapes for a wide range of industries. Formed in
1985 we are a 2nd generation family run business with an excellent customer
base, we strive to offer quality and excellent customer service to all of our
clients. Springhill Springs are also continually investing in new manufacturing
machinery, enabling us to produce the best springs and wire forms for our
customers.
Our in-house design team work with closely with our clients to ensure they have
the correct spring for their desired application. We are able to provide samples
and prototypes prior to a production run to ensure our customers are happy with
their spring design.

The below spring types are all available in sizes ranging from 0.10mm to 15mm,
and in a range of wires ranging from stainless steel to carbon, they can be
custom manufactured to your individual needs:
Compression Springs
The most common types of springs we manufacture are compression springs, we are
able to manufacture them with a wire diameter of up to 15mm. Depending on client
requirements springs can be supplied unground or ground.
Tension Springs
Tension springs can be manufactured with a variety of hook shapes to suit a wide
range of applications. We have a dedicated quality team that will ensure your
tension springs are of the highest standard before dispatch.
Torsion Springs
To suit customer requirements torsion springs can be supplied with a variety of
different leg angles. Torsion springs can be manufactured with a wire diameter
of up to 12mm, if you require a larger wire diameter this can be arranged upon
request.
Wire Shapes
Our wire shapes are bespoke to your specification, they can range from complex
snap rings, rings with multiple bends or clips to simple handles. Springhill
Springs have the capabilities to manufacture tens of thousands of wire shapes or
just one off items, dependent on the customers requirements.
Stockholding
The majority of our springs and wire shapes are custom made to order, however
for repeat clients we are able to hold stock if requested. Stockholding will
help ensure your production operations are not held up.
Materials & Finishes
A wide range of finishes are available for all of our spring types, they can be
supplied powder coated, zinc plated, self-finished, galvanised, stainless steel
or oiled.

We offer a range of high performance springs for use in building machinery and
tools. Our construction springs provide operational efficiency, shock absorption

For the defence sector we supply high quality springs for military vehicles.

Micro springs are available for connectors and switches.

Our heavy duty springs can be used in a wide range of heavy machinery like
cranes, forklifts and excavator buckets, they provide mechanical support and

Medical grade springs offer precision and control, they are available for
