We chose Target after looking at many other companies and products on offer for our new kitchen at Anderson's At The Bulls Head. The reasons for this were clear as their professionalism, understanding my needs and of the technology were unsurpassed. The Target induction range cooker with plancha hot plate gives the kitchen team the ability to cook all manner of products very precisely. Consistency in cooking is key and the plancha grill gives different heat zones from top to bottom as well as controlled and constant heat settings. So, for large functions, weddings and busy services the cooking space available on the plancha outweighs normal pan cookery. Reduction in washing up always helps the staff as well! After using the Target induction range for some months now I wouldn't hesitate in buying this piece of equipment again.
