TMS Services are your UK

products that include ATOS and Enerpac Hydraulics, as well as 415 Volt Three
Phase Power Units, Custom Cylinders and Manifolds.
Drawing from many years of experience in the supply and design of pneumatic and
hydraulic components, control systems and machines, TMS Services have undertaken
projects all over the UK, these projects have included OEM machines, train lift
systems, power packs, test rigs, post tension kits, pharmaceutical stainless
steel systems and rolling road systems, to name but a few.
Based in Portsmouth, TMS provide hydraulic and pneumatic solutions to marine,
industrial, manufacturing and construction industries all over the UK.
We have a dedicated workshop for the maintenance, repair and servicing of a wide
range of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Our staff are highly knowledgeable and
experienced, capable of delivering the highest quality solutions, no matter the
industry sector.

TMS utilise over 30 years of experience to design systems up to 10,000 PSI (700
BAR) to power your systems, from high speed operations to slow controlled
actuation, we can design and create anything from fully automated systems with
sophisticated electronics to simple manually operated hydraulic systems.
415 Volt Three Phase Power Units
When it comes to power units and related service, TMS are an established
provider. We commission, design and manufacture three phase power units up to
415 volts.
For heavy duty industrial and mobile applications we can produce bespoke 415
volt hydraulic power units with pressure that can often go beyond 300 bar and
flows that can exceed 200 l/min. We also offer compact hydraulic power packs
which are modular with a maximum pressure of up to 300 bar and flow rates of up
to 25 l/min.
Custom Cylinders
Custom cylinders are made to order and are available for any application, they
can be designed to fit any dimensions or requirements, even including
transducers for finite control, feedback and signaling, as well as sensors for
position monitoring.
TMS can custom design cylinders for high pressure applications up to 700 BAR.

Manifolds
For existing hydraulic systems we can design and build compatible hydraulic
manifolds to add functionality or replace your current system. We stock valves
from a wide range of the best manufacturers; Aron, ATOS, Parker, Vickers and
many more.

We have been involved heavily in the marine industry for many years, providing
hydraulic and pneumatic solutions to both small and large marine companies. TMS
offer a complete range of stainless steel fittings, lifting products, valves and
hoses.
Our stainless steel cylinders have been designed for use with aggressive fluids
or corrosive environments. They are ideal for marine and subsea use as they can
operate with Sea Water, Water, Glycols, LD4, Skydrol and Emulsions.
Our stainless steel power units and pumps fully complement our cylinders, they
are suitable for marine, food, pharmaceutical can other clean environments.
