Capital NDT are in independently owned UK organisation based in Berkhire, that specialises in non-destructive testing. We have recently expanded our services to include X-Ray Film Duplication, X-Ray Film Digitisation & X-Ray Film Printing.

Capital NDT have invested in a state-of-the-art printer that can print images onto radiograph film. We have the capabilities to take your digital file of an
X-Ray and print it onto physical film.
Some examples of X-Ray work we carry out:
Industrial
For industrial purposes we x-ray castings or welds to look for internal defects
like cracks or voids.
Radiography Training Schools
In radiography training schools students are supplied with X-Ray radiographs of
welds, Capital NDT take these X-Rays and print them for the schools, as over
time the original graphs provided to students get damaged.
Medical
Medical practices like dentists and the NHS often need their digital files turned in to physical copies
for them to share with patients or archive.
NDT
X-Ray printing allows NDT companies to supply copies of past test subjects to
clients and create and archive.
Art and Print
We have recently had artists enquire about X-Ray printing. It creates a new
medium for artists to get their work printed onto radiograph film. On top of
that you can frame the X-Ray images against light panels for a stunning effect.

If you have a digital image of a radiograph or a physical X-Ray film radiograph
and would like a duplication of it, our new
X-Ray film duplication service is
the answer.
Our fully trained team will take your current radiograph and make a physical
copy of it, or if you have an x-ray as a digital file, we will duplicate your
digital file by printing it onto radiograph film for you.
X-Ray film duplication benefits:
- Far more cost effective and quicker than other duplication methods.
- No need to double load cassettes or take multiple shots.
- Images can be duplicated in any quantity.
- Images can be manipulated or edited in different densities or sizes to suit
your needs.
- Physical back up images can be shared with clients and colleagues or used as a
master copy.
It isn't just X-Ray images that we can duplicate, Capital NDT have the ability
to copy any image that you may have and duplicate it onto a radiograph. We can
take anything from your favourite movie poster, family photo or greetings cards.

Digitally duplicate of preserve your X-Ray film with X-Ray film digitisation.
X-Ray film is sensitive and quite delicate, it must be stored in the correct way
to ensure it does not spoil. In order for the date to be inspected in the future
it must remain clear. With X-Ray duplication and digitisation this is something
you don't need to worry about anymore.
Using a computer and a radiograph digitisation system we have the capability to
create a perfect copy of your X-Ray that can then be uploaded to your own
computer system for transfer or storage.
