Company merger gives SMEs access to range of support services

The amalgamation of two companies, The VA Team and Virtual Typing Services, that aim to support firms by offering essential services for the smooth running of business mean SMEs can now access all the assistance they need in a single place.

The merger of the two firms was finalised on 1 October 2016 and means businesses can combine the offerings of both firms when seeking support. Virtual Typing Services specialises in digital diction and transcription, saving firms both time and money, while The VA Team can help businesses in a wide range of administrative tasks, from a little office support to fully streamlining activities.

Coinciding with the amalgamation is the launch of a new call answering service. The firm can help small businesses to set up a virtual reception so they never have to worry about missing a potential lead or message. The VA Team staff can handle day-to-day calls, record and pass on messages and even convert enquires and warm leads into sales.
