Grenville supports local school with Green Power Car Project

Grenville Engineering (Stoke-on-Trent) Ltd News and PR from Grenville Engineering (Stoke-on-Trent) Ltd - Published 09 November 2017 Grenville Engineering has been supporting Thomas Boughey High School on the GreenPower car project.
The project involves an electric car challenge which requires students, guided by their teachers and an industry mentor, to design, build and then race an electric car.

The objectives of the initiative are to inspire young people in developing skills within Engineering and Technology and to bring together industry and education to bridge the skills shortage.

Grenville have provided various metal components to the group during their build which gives the students better insight into manufacturing processes.

We wish the team all the best with their upcoming race.
