SE Controls went virtual for Housing 2020!

SE Controls News and PR from SE Controls - Published 01 October 2020 For this year only, the Chartered Institute of Housing's annual conference and Europe's largest housing festival went virtual. Read our show summary.
The festival programme was a busy one with lots of insightful contributions, talks and interactive sessions throughout the week, covering topics of key interest including tenant engagement, building safety, digital innovation and asset management solutions.

"At times like these we need you. We need you to get building." said Robert Jenrick, Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, on Thursday morning whilst announcing the opening of bids for nearly £7.5bn of investment in affordable homes, just part of a huge day for conference sessions.

The SE Controls stand presented our new Virtual Reality Showroom, and as we look to take our customer service and commitment to compliance and safety to the next level through the introduction of digital solutions, it will become easier than ever to ensure compliance and golden thread traceability. The stand was a must see for landlords, building owners and facilities managers who are responsible for fire safety within their premises.

It was a busy week with lots of interactions on the stand and whilst it was very different to a live event which happens face to face, it was a well delivered, valuable experience - some of the show stats can be seen below.
