UniBlue: Non-Toxic Universal Disinfection

Advanced Chemical Specialties Ltd News and PR from Advanced Chemical Specialties Ltd - Published 02 November 2020 We first got involved with Uniblue back in early 2019 before the world had encountered the COV-SARS- 2 virus.
It seemed like an amazing product compared to other modern disinfectants like the quaternary ammonium biocides and hypochlorite based bleach that although are effective they are also based on heavy industrial chemicals which can have a negative effect on humans, animals and the environment.

Uniblue really seemed to tick all the boxes as a modern safe disinfectant. The product has been fully tested to EN Standards it also carries the Simplified Authorisation (UK) under several Product Types (PT): PT2, PT3 and PT4 of the Biocidal Product Regulations, meaning it has been extensively tested for efficacy and suitability for general disinfection, veterinary applications and food and feed areas. It demonstrated high efficacy against a broad spectrum of microbes including bacteria, fungi, and viruses. Uniblue has even shown efficacy against the tougher non-envelope viruses. We know that Corona Viruses are enveloped viruses which are easier to kill than non-enveloped. Uniblues effectiveness against Corona viruses has been confirmed through independent laboratories.

This product can be applied by spraying, fogging, or padding and can be used effectively on hard or soft surfaces. Suitable for use in clinical settings, care homes, schools, businesses, shops, on transport and in the home, this product is extremely versatile.

In clinical settings, Uniblue can be safely sprayed onto clothing and PPE while it is being worn, as well as safely applied before laundering. The product leaves no toxic residue and has no harmful effects on the skin.

Uniblue has also been tested for residual activity which means the length of time the product stays active on the surface. Now there are many products making claims about this, but we know that after a minimum of 24 hrs Uniblue stays active. This gives you peace of mind whether you are a business or homeowner that using Uniblue will help you in the fight keeping your space clean and safe.

All laboratory and EN tests results are available from our technical team. For more information please contact us at info@acslimited , 01935 414012 or visit www.acslimited.co.uk
