specialises in the design and production of laser engraved labels for data
cabling, IT, telecoms, electrical and engineering industries.
We work with our customers to make sure their cabling installations are labelled
professionally with high quality, accurate labels, supplying end users such as

| Patch Panels, Outlets & Cabinet Labels |
Our panel, outlet and cabinet labels are made from micro capped acrylic, which
has a cap and core colour. During the engraving process, parts of the cap colour
are cut away to reveal the core colour underneath. They are available in various
two colour combinations.
The labels have a peel off backing revealing a strong 3M adhesive, which ensures
that once in place they will not fall off. They are highly durable and excellent
value for money.
We have expert knowledge on all the major manufacturers' data equipment and can
advise on required measurements, text size and spacing etc.
| Wrap- around Cable Labels |
Our wrap-around cable labels are thermally printed onto vinyl, which has two
benefits; thermal printing is very durable and vinyl has no 'memory' so once it
is wrapped around a cable it will not try to un-wrap itself.
Your number sequence is printed onto the coloured surface at the top of the
label. The rest of the label is made from a clear, adhesive vinyl which wraps
around the cable to self-laminate and protect the printed surface.
Our labels have excellent adhesion and are both water and heat resistant. Labels
are sold in sets of 4, meaning minimum waste. They can be produced in either
white or colour with black text.

which has a cap and core colour. During the engraving process, parts of the cap
colour are cut away to reveal the core colour underneath. They are available in
various two colour combinations.

cut out screw holes.
They can be made to your exact specification, including warning images, arrows,
different text sizes - basically anything you need them to display.
The labels are available in a variety of thicknesses, from paper thin labels to
fit a curved surface to rigid signs for outdoor use. They are highly durable and
excellent value for money.

Our engraved tie-on labels are made from micro capped acrylic, which has a cap
and core colour. During the engraving process, parts of the cap colour are cut
away to reveal the core colour underneath. They are available in various two
colour combinations.
These labels are supplied with cut out holes for securing to a cable or to cable
bundles using cable ties. They are highly durable also water and fade resistant.

Our printed tie-on labels are made from polyester which is thin and pliable. It
is also a lower cost option to engraved. They can be produced in either white or
yellow with black text.

| Dibond Labels |
Our dibond labels are made from polyethylene core, which is sandwiched between
two layers of aluminium. It is finished with a high quality lacquered surface.
These labels are printed, therefore they can be supplied in full colour. They
can be made to your exact size, shape and colour specification.
The labels can be produced with either an adhesive backing or screw holes. They
are the thickest most durable option available, yet they are extremely
lightweight and corrosive resistant, making them ideal for external use.
| Vinyl Labels |
Our vinyl labels are paper thin in thickness making them extremely flexible yet
still durable. The pliable nature of this product means they can be applied to
curved surfaces. These labels are printed, therefore they can be supplied in
full colour.
They are supplied in a sheet format for ease of use, with an adhesive backing.
They can be made to your exact size, shape and colour specification.
| Blown Fibre Tape |
Our printed blown fibre tape is supplied on a roll, with perforated sections
measuring 100mm x 1500mm (W x L). It has a sticky backing for wrapping around
cable bundles. It is available as shown in the photograph, these can't be
customised.
| Warning Labels |
Our printed warning labels are supplied in pairs 12mm square on a sheet. They
are produced with a sticky backing. They are available as shown in the
photograph, these can't be customised.
| Switch Templates |
Our switch templates are made from 5mm cast transparent acrylic. Which is cut to
create port socket apertures and engraved for port identification. We can also
engrave a company logo too.
The templates can be used as a helpful aid in maintaining a constant workflow,
as they allow engineers to carry out testing, regardless of whether the vital
equipment has arrived in time.
