B D Technical Polymer Limited is UK’s only specialist coloured rubber compounder supplying the coated fabric, footwear, roller covering, specialists moulding & extrusion and general rubber goods industries. We custom mix rubber compounds to customer formulations or supply compounds to our own formulations. Our service and quality is second to none. We can supply compounds in slab, strip, calendered sheet and Barwell blanks. We are one of the only companies, which can provide rubber compound in all these forms from in-house facility. We have an in-house rubber moulding department where we can compression, transfer and injection mould rubber products. We cater for small and large runs of products. We also compound in EVA, LDPE and EPDM blends to customer specifications and supply the product in diced form to feed extruders or injection moulding machines. We offer a consultancy service where we can design a compound, manufacture and supply the finished product if required. We also offer a service where we would source most rubber products economically.
