High Quality 3D Building Information Modelling
Generally speaking 3D BIM Modelling falls into two main categories: Scan to BIM and CAD to BIM.

Scan to BIM Services
Scan to BIM accounts for the majority of the work we regularly undertake and involves creating 3D BIM models of existing buildings, plant, equipment, structures, site terrain (topography or simply 'topo') and other related objects. These are created from point cloud data captured using a terrestrial laser scanner.

CAD to BIM
We also offer a CAD to BIM service which is mostly required where coordination within a multi-disciplinary framework is needed. So whether it’s a new build, an upgrade of an existing building or you are only working in 2D CAD and you have landed a new project that requires a 3D model, Benchmarq can provide you with a professional CAD to BIM service.
