| Custom Designed Products |
Calver Branding have the capability to design custom made products to our
clients individual requirements, from product concept development all the way
through to manufacture and shipping. There are a series of stages that take
place:
Product Concept Development
The first stage consists of high quality concept visulisation, product function
analysis and rapid concept sketch development of new ideas.
Product Design
This is where innovative product design and styling is added. Human factors like
user interface and ergonomics are taking in to account and packaging design is
also completed.
CAD Design
We use state of the art software to create 3D CAD surface and solid modeling,
animated product presentation videos and photo-realistic product visualisation.
Prototyping & 3D Printing
The CAD files are then used for rapid prototyping. The prototype is SLA 3D
printed in high resolution and short run manufacture takes place for test
marketing purposes.
Model Making
Nearing the end of the process rapid model creation takes place, this allows for
feature testing and form development. High quality appearance models are
produced for presentation and consumer feedback. Mock-up models are also created
for electronic/mechanical testing.
Manufacturing
The last step is manufacturing, fully detailed manufacturing drawings are
created and component sourcing takes place. We liaise with toolmakers and
manufacturers and facilitate final product manufacture ready for dispatch in
packaging.
