We only communicated by email & they were able to tell me that they had in stock exactly what I needed. The following day I called in at the trade counter & described, vaguely I thought, what I needed & the assistants knowledge was enough that he brought me what I wanted first time. I only needed 4, which they were able to supply, whereas other suppliers want to sell me a bag of 50 (fifty). The service & product knowledge was excellent, the price very good & communication great. I'll definitely use them again & highl recommend them.
