What We Do

Mulraney Components are the home of the Oddie quarter turn fastener. We have a wide range of engineering products and offer a variety of services. Our skilled engineers are helpful and offer a wealth of knowledge and experience.

CNC Precision Turned Parts Manufacturer
We manufacture high-tolerance components using state-of-the-art CNC precision turning machines. We have the capabilities to produce CNC precision turned parts in Stainless Steel, Steel, Aluminium, Copper and Brass with a diameter of 3mm up to 210mm.

Turned Milled Components
Turned and milled parts can be produced in Brass, Copper, Aluminium, Steel and Stainless Steel. Using our CNC milling and turning machines we can create complex, irregular or symmetrical shapes with high tolerances. Over the years we have manufactured turned milled components for various industry sectors like Automotive, Medical and Aerospace.

Fabrication
When it comes to fabrication Mulraney Components have the capabilities to produce anything from large custom specialised components to small laser and formed parts.

Jig Manufacture
To help our fabrication and assembly departments, we produce special jigs in-house. Jig manufacture is also available to our clients upon request.

Aluminium Extrusions
We have a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge in aluminium extrusion. Our engineers have produced aluminium extrusions for diverse industries like shipbuilding, aerospace, electronics, automotive and construction, to name a few. Aluminium extrusions are available in a range of different finishes in 6082/6063/6066 in T6 or T4 tempers.

Oddie ¼ Turn Fasteners
Quick release fasteners, push to lock, quarter turn to unlock. Our Oddie quarter turn fasteners offer the perfect cost-effective solution to panel fastening.

Aluminium Drawn Seamless Tube
We offer drawn seamless aluminium tube to complement our supply of aluminium extrusions. We often produce aluminium drawn seamless tube for aircraft seating tubes and baggage bar, as well as tube for wheel chair frames in the medical sector and hydraulic tube for general applications.

Assembly
We mill, turn, fabricate, fully assembled then box special components for customers. Prior to dispatch all assembled components are 100% checked and tested.

Finishing
We offer various finishing methods to suit a range of requirements; Powder Coating in RAL colours, Zinc Plating in Yellow or Silver finish and anodising in various colours.
