Elite Precast can provide
personalised security barriers to prevent access to land and make
excellent traffic calming tools. All of our security barrier range is
Ministry of Transport approved and we provide various integral lifting
options.

Blocks, Bollards and much more.
| Precast Concrete Safety Barrier |
We have an extensive range of security barriers in stock. They can be
used to protect property, land or anything else you might have from
Trespassers or un-wanted visitors.
To ensure ultimate satisfaction we manufacture an Interlocking "V" Block
weighing 1600KG.
Like all of our Concrete Barriers they come with a number of choices,
from lifting and moving options, block size, lay out of the barriers or
more bespoke options like logos and contact details painted on.
A huge benefit to these blocks is that they are approved Ministry of
Transport Chevrons. This proves to be a much more efficient and
cost-effective solution in comparison to hiring barriers.
Our temporary vertical concrete barriers (TVCB) can be used for a wide
range of applications, they are cast from our high strength, highly
regarded concrete and are combined with steel reinforcing to meet the BS
EN 1317 requirements.
| Jersey Barriers |
The Elite Jersey Barrier is an interlocking heavy-duty system designed
for the ultimate in anti-vehicle perimeter protection.
They are quick and easy to install and are available direct from stock
for next-day nationwide delivery.
The
interlocking Jersey barriers are ideal
for traffic management, flood defence, site security, rockfall, edge
protection and various
temporary works.
Following customer feedback, we now produce a Jersey-Lite™ barrier.
The Mini Jersey barrier is 1200mm long and is both shorter and lighter
than a traditional concrete Jersey Barrier and includes a channel at the
bottom and middle of the unit, to house lighting cables that allows you
to illuminate any signage requirements.
With a scaffold pole slot in the top and made from high-strength
concrete (50N/mm²) Jersey-Lite™ barriers are delivered within days of
purchase and are ideal for traffic management, site security, edge
protection and secure signage.
The Jersey-Lite™ barrier can be used in conjunction with standard
barriers to meet your project requirements.
| Concrete Security Block |
These huge two tonne blocks come with a number of options (As above).
Sometimes these blocks can be used for fall arrest, counter weight
systems or HGV testing blocks.
This Security Block Measuring 1225(W) x 990(L) x 770(H), has three
different lifting and placing options.
Forklift & Telehandler Slots prove very popular however a DEHA Lifting
Pin can be attached to enable a HIAB clamp at the top of the block.

Our unique mix of precast concrete enables us to offer the highest
quality Concrete Bollards and are perfect for a variety of uses such are
traffic management, perimeter security and pedestrian safety.
Concrete bollards offer several advantages over steel in terms of
strength, durability, and the lack of maintenance required. Elite's
concrete bollards are designed to withstand vehicle collisions and offer
resistance against vandalism or unauthorised access.
