CNC Milling Essex
Where CNC Milling is concerned we excel in all areas. We do a lot of CNC Milling for the Aerospace industry, covering both vertical and horizontal forms of CNC Milling we regularly work on small to large components which need to be produced to the highest specifications.

Our CNC Milling machinery features include high accuracy linear scales, axis of up to 1.8 metres, full 5 axis contouring and electronic spindle probing. Using high speed, high torque spindles and large tooling capacity we are able to manufacturer complex designed and contoured parts to extremely tight tolerances.

From a purpose built manufacturing facility based in Chelmsford in Essex housing a state of the art CNC Turning section Currock Engineering is able to offer the ultimate in universal machining and multi-tasking turning service. This unique set up is now capable of manufacturing materials from automatic bar fed machines straight through to completely finished components resulting in substantial reductions in processing times.

Painting
Currock Engineering has the capacity to cater for all of your painting needs using our own in house purpose built SprayBake painting facility. This service is also enhanced by our range of bead blasting equipment making for the all-round painting solution.
