Rutland Plastics is a family owned in custom injection moulding with a reputation for a quality service and absolute reliability. We are based in Rutland, East Midlands, UK and for more than 65 years we have worked in partnership with customers and suppliers across a diverse range of industries providing innovative and effective design, functional rapid prototypes, tooling, manufacturing and warehousing solutions.

Expertise
Rutland Plastics offers a full range of plastic injection moulding services and has over 30 moulding machines on site ranging from 50t to 1700t and, through this extensive range, has the ability to produce mouldings from 1g to 48kg in weight, up to 1.5m in size

In addition to injection moulding we offer a comprehensive range of services including engineering design, rapid prototypes, mould manufacture and a wide range of secondary operations: machining, assembly, ultrasonic welding, heat staking, glueing and warehousing solutions.
