Vacuum Forming is a time-honoured method of producing components to client�s specific requirements. Vacuum Forming involves rearranging the structure of flat sheets by heat, air extraction and component reproduction tooling.

We can work with a range of differing materials tailored to product needs; we have capacity from 300mm square up to 1.5m x 1.2m x 500mm deep. Various materials can be used in our Vacuum Forming which include HIPS, ABS, PETG, Polycarbonate, Acrylic and PVC; standard & matched colours are readily available.
