High Volume Laser Cutting

Cut Tec are specialists in high volume laser cutting. Our 3 up to date Bystronic laser cutting machines means we are able to cope with high volume and urgent orders and can guarantee a turnaround time of typically 2-3 days!

Operating on a 24/7 basis Cutting Technologies has around 3600 hours of laser cutting capacity per month and it is our aim to fulfil your entire laser cutting needs. With a continuing program of investment over the past years we have invested over 2 million in state of the art laser cutting and laser engraving machinery and equipment capable of cutting all metals, wood, plastic, acrylic and more so why not head over to our website to find out more.

Large Scale Laser Engraving

Large scale laser engraving is easily achieved by utilising our 3000mm x 2000mm large cutting capacity laser engraving machinery. A high level of detail can also be achieved and as a 'non- contact' cutting process we can laser engrave extremely fragile and delicate materials.

We will laser engrave anything you throw at us so if you can design it we guarantee to produce it so why not test our limits and try to prove us wrong. Boasting 2 of the biggest laser engraving beds in the UK, we can laser engrave metals, plastics, wood and other materials upon request.

Fretwork Screens

Cut Tec offers one of the most comprehensive ranges of laser cutting services and so we very often carry out work on the production of fretwork screens. We can cut panels for both interior and exterior use and materials can range from various woods and MDF panels to acrylic and stainless steel in varying thicknesses.

Acrylic Laser Profiling

We offer a quality BS EN 1090 accredited acrylic laser profiling service you can trust so you can rest assured every single part produced at Cut Tec will be right first time every time. We can laser cut a vast range of plastics most of which are here in stock ready for production.
