First Aid Training

From First Aid at Work, Emergency Paediatric First Aid and First Aid for Motorcyclists through to Automatic External Defibrillator and Sports First Aid, EMF Training provides a range of quality First Aid Training courses.

Flexible Training Options
All courses can either be delivered at your own workplace and chosen venue or a public course of which further information may be found using our online upcoming course calendar.

Fire Safety

We offer 2 courses for fire safety:

Basic Fire Safety Awareness Level 1
Designed for people looking to have a basic understanding of how to act when a fire happens.

Fire Safety Principles Level 2 (Fire Warden/Marshal)
Designed for people wanting to become a fire marshal or a fire warder in workplaces. Also included in this courses is 'practical fire extinguisher use'.

Health and Safety

We provide 5 different health and safety courses that start from Health and Safety Principles in the Workplace Level 1 and go all the way up to level 3. The other 2 courses are Risk Assessment Level 2 and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Level 2.

Safeguarding

Our 2 safeguarding courses are:

Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults (SOVA) Level 2
For people who work within industries where they are in contact with potentially vulnerable adults, this qualification is perfect for social and care work.

Safeguarding of Children (Child Protection) Level 2
This qualification is for people who work within an industry where they need to help safely move children.

Office Skills
Office skills courses are split into 4 options; Leadership, Customer Service Awareness Level 1, Customer Service Level 2 and Conflict Management Level 2.

Manual Handling
Our manual handling courses consist of Safe Moving and Handling Level 2 which is ideal for all workplace requirements or Moving and Assisting of People Level 2 designed for people who need to safely move people.

Pool Rescue
We offer Emergency Response Pool training for for people working at swimming pools.

Forklift Truck Operator
When it comes to Forklift Trick Operator training we provide everything from refresher training to instructor straining. We also offer both Novice and experienced courses for forklift truck operators.

Level 3 Award in Education and Training
If you are looking to take your first steps into adult education teaching then our Level 3 Award in Education and Training course will be perfect for you.

Room Hire

We have a large meeting area available for hire, it is ideal for both training and meeting and is available to hire by the hour or day. We can tailor packages to your specific needs. The room is located in Lewes, East Sussex, just 300 meters from Haywards Heath train station, it includes a TV screen with HDMI and screen sharing, free WiFi, 8 chair capacity and a flip chart.

We are also able to provide hot drinks and lunch at an extra cost. Please contact us for further information.
