Fusion Analytics is a data analytics consultancy specialising in integrating marketing and sales data smoothly and seamlessly across multiple channels. We bring multiple channel insights into a simple single customer view. In doing so, we often use our own marketing attribution tracking software called Webfusion. It tracks and assesses the behaviour of visitors and prospects across all digital platforms. It then integrates the data with that from offline sources such as a CRM database. This helps our clients clearly understand the behaviour patterns throughout their customers’ journeys. While a lot of standard reporting summarises customer behaviour collectively, we can identify individuals and track their search behaviour prior to final purchase. All this data can then be fed back into your offline database and systems to enhance the insights you have about your customers and improve your marketing and sales effectiveness.
