Design and Fabrication of Perspex and Acrylic Products

Inplas Fabrications provide acrylic and plastic design and fabrication services by using state of the art equipment combined with a highly skilled team of craftsman.

Our dynamic team of fabricators have a total understanding of every technique possible both new and old and are capable of creating high quality designs ranging from one off projects to full scale production and delivery. This high level of quality and craftsmanship has now enabled us to achieve the status of one of the UKs leading Perspex Approved Fabricators.

We have full state of the art manufacturing equipment for a wide range of production processes and our on-going program of investment has now led to a CNC Routing Machine which has the advantage of an 11 tool automatic tool changer. It also has a large capacity bed size of 3050 x 2030mm which enables us to machine large sheets which in turn leads to minimum waste. Also in our possession is a large format laser cutting machine capable of etching and engraving all types of materials.

We provide services and projects for a wide range of clients ranging from the Film and TV industry to retail, exhibition, architecture and furniture. We also carry out an equally wide range of bespoke projects which enable us to push the boundaries of Perspex and Acrylic design and fabrication.

Laser Cutting
Our unrivalled range of laser cutting equipment for cutting, etching and engraving creates products with stunning quality and provides fast lead times. Projects include Wall Art, 3D Headset Displays, MTV Logos, Bar and Restaurant Partitions, Outake TV Equipment and Laser-cut MDF Artworks.

Film
Inplas Fabrications have in the past worked on many film projects including Harry Potter, Clash Of The Titans, Casino Royale, The Golden Compass, X-Men and many, many more.

TV
We have created stunning television sets for high profile productions and shows by working closely with leading designers. Our expertise enables us to work with a wide range of materials including Perspex, Dibond, MDF, Polycarbonate, PETG and Foamex. Examples include Eastenders, BBC News, The National Lottery and The Graham Norton Show.
