Our full range of Checkweighing machines can be combined with a Metal Detector.
Checkweigher Metal Detector combi machines create the conditions for a lot of
equipment in a small area. The checkweighers infeed conveyor is typically where
the metal detector is mounted.
Our checkweigher metal detectors can also incorporate a reject unit, the
solution you prefer depends on the desired statistic function and space
available.
Teltek Combo
Teltek Combo is our combination machine of choice, the combined checkweigher and
metal detector enables possibilities for both functions in small spaces.
This checkweigher metal detector automatically adjusts to the new product when
the operator changes the product, reducing the risk of incorrect settings and
simplifying handling. The lockable stainless-steel bin collects the rejected
products.

X-Ray Systems
The penetrating power of X-ray is used to detect contamination, it can achieve a
full range of contaminants inspection including non-metallic contaminants (bone,
glass, hard plastics, ceramic, stone, hard rubber, etc) and metallics.
Label Vision Inspection
For 100% quality control label vision inspection systems offer camera controlled
product and package inspection. You can easily reject non-conforming packages
that have imprecise traceability information, incorrect labels and erroneous
barcodes.
