The ISO System is a permanent cleanroom system designed to provide you with a gold standard clean environment coupled with maximum flexibility.

This exact specification will depend on your application and site.

The main specifications which do remain consistent include:

- +25 Pa Cleanroom Pressure
- +15 Pa Gowning Room Pressure to a UN categorized area

Cleanroom Design

All of our cleanroom designs are built to meet the ISO 14644-4 and EU GGMP requirements.

The actual package includes full working drawings, calculations, product specifications and guidelines. Your design brief will also contain web links of companies that supply the construction materials chosen for your design.

We also supply the critical components required for your new cleanroom.

We used ISO Cleanroom for the commissioning of our new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The facility has since been inspected by the regulatory authorities, including the ISO Cleanroom documentation and found to be compliant. We will use ISO Cleanroom on an annual basis for our cleanroom test work. Toni and her team are very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend their services.

Toni and the team are great to work with and extremely knowledgeable regarding cleanliness of rooms and how best to achieve this. They were able to advise and supply items to rectify a room out that was not build correctly by a different supplier to achieve an ISO 7 standard.
