The compact
nature of JTS allows us a high degree of flexibility in the manufacturing of all
of our high quality products.
It also allows us to monitor every single stage of the manufacturing process
from design through to delivery to bring our clients the very best in
environmental test chambers in terms of both quality and performance.
We have always worked closely with its customers to provide solutions for their
exact requirements and offer a complete bespoke design and build service for all
of their environmental test chamber needs whatever the application.
Our environmental test chambers cover prototype testing in extreme conditions,
accelerated aging research, stress screening and more. They also allow for the
easy interfacing of various other testing applications such as vibration
testing.
Custom Built Environmental Test Chambers
All of our environmental test chambers are built to our customers own
requirements which means that even our standard range can be modified to meet
their needs.
However if you require something more specific we can work alongside you from
design to manufacture to bring you the right solution. Applications include salt
spray, vibration testing, dust testing and thermal shock testing plus HALT and
HASS.
We are able to design and build our environmental test chambers for temperature
only, high temperature for the oil and gas industry, temperature and humidity
control, rapid heating and cooling rooms for the military and aerospace
industry.
They can also be built in various size ranges from bench top to the larger walk
in models.
Temperature and Temperature/Humidity Test Chambers
JTS offers a range of temperature & temperature humidity chambers which can be
accommodated for variations and running capacity.
Standard temperature ranges for all models:
��� -65c to + 150c
��� -40c to + 150c
��� -20c to + 150c
Standard humidity ranges:
��� 10% to 98%
Second User Environmental Test Chambers
We offer second hand test chambers which come fully refurbished including a 3
month warranty. The temperature range, humidity range and control types can also
be modified to suit your requirements. For a current list of our second hand

JTS Hire
Chambers
JTS offers a comprehensive hire chamber service. This service has an initial
period of 4 weeks after which the equipment can then be rented on a weekly basis
to give our customers greater flexibility. Discounts are also available for long
term hire periods.
Services
We provide a premium service for its customers to ensure their equipment runs at
its optimum performance. This service not only covers our own environmental test
chamber models but other manufacturers also.
Every business is unique in its day to day running procedures. At JTS we
understand this and so we offer a range of service contracts that can be
tailored to meet your specific breakdown/service/ maintenance needs.
We can provide you with a one or two visit per year service contract whichever
suits you, which can include calibration, parts inclusive, and 24 hour call out.
Breakdown and Call Out
We can also provide you with an unlimited or limited breakdown visit service
which ever suits you best. Our breakdown services are not just limited to our
service contracts.
When you contact us we will always try and diagnose the problem over the phone
and offer suggestions on possible causes of the breakdown.
We will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and if we have an
engineer available in your area we can arrange for them to make a visit.
Refurbishment
JTS understand that it not always practical or viable to purchase a new test
chamber when your existing one no longer meets your specific requirements so we
offer a refurbishment service whereby we can extend the life of existing test
chambers by upgrading or complete refurbishment.
This service is open to almost any make or model of test chamber.
Calibration
We provide a complete test chamber calibration traceable service to national
standards on all makes and models which can either be carried out as part of our
service contracts or separately. To ensure your equipment runs at its optimum
performance we do recommend it is calibrate on a yearly basis. For humidity
chambers we recommend twice a year.
On completion you will be issued with a certificate along with a label affixed
to your equipment indicating when the next calibration service is due.
We are able to work with clients from a wide range of industries some of which
include electronics, defence, automotive, aerospace and oil industries.
