Our Solutions |
Asset
Finance
Asset finance involves using assets, such as equipment, machinery, or vehicles,
as collateral to secure funding. It enables businesses to acquire necessary
assets without large upfront costs by spreading payments over time. This type of
financing is common in industries where capital-intensive equipment is required,
allowing businesses to maintain cash flow while still investing in essential
assets..
This type of finance can be used to acquire assets such as:
- Construction Equipment
- Vehicles
- Agricultural Assets
- Technology and IT Equipment
- Waste Management Equipment
- Manufacturing Machinery
- Renewable Energy Systems
Business Loans
Our range of business loans allow you to raise working capital that can be
funded as either a completely unsecured facility or be secured against a
commercial or residential property. A great option if you have no tangible
assets within the business to secure funding against. Both secured and unsecured
business loans are available to sole traders and limited companies.
Refinance
Asset refinance involves using assets owned by a business, such as equipment or
vehicles, as collateral to secure financing. This form of financing allows
businesses to quickly borrow against these assets, providing immediate liquidity
whilst retaining the use of the assets throughout the payment period.
Recovery
Loans
This current government backed scheme will expire on 30th June 2024. However, it
has been announced that the Growth Guarantee Scheme will begin on 1st July 2024,
running until 31st March 2026. You can access up to 2 million in funding backed
by the government, which in turn can be utilised for asset finance, business
loans and invoice finance.
Invoice Finance
Invoice finance, also known as invoice factoring or receivables financing, is a
funding solution where businesses sell their accounts receivable (invoices) to a
third party at a discount. This provides immediate cash flow, as the business
receives a percentage of the invoice value upfront, with the remainder (minus
fees) paid when the invoice is settled. It's a way for businesses to access
working capital tied up in unpaid invoices, helping to improve cash flow and
support growth.
Merchant Cash Advance
A merchant cash advance is a type of financing where a business receives a lump
sum of money upfront in exchange for a percentage of its daily credit card
sales. It's often used by businesses with fluctuating revenue or those in need
of quick access to funds to purchase inventory.
