EES Estimating &
Engineering Services is a highly professional multi-disciplined estimating
company that provides a range of services including mechanical, electrical and
public health estimates.
EES will always provide a personal approach with clients which is important when
trying to deliver high quality and accurate estimates. In fact we pride
ourselves on offering a high quality service from a team you can trust who are
never too busy to give advice when it comes to your mechanical and electrical
estimating requirements.
Mechanical
& Electrical Estimating
EES can provide you with a range of mechanical and electrical estimating
services so if you would like us to look at a tender there are many ways of
going about it.
Firstly you can either send us your information by post/e-mail/CD or visit our
office to discuss your requirements.
We will then complete a preliminary estimate evaluation sheet which will
describe to you the type of project works involved. Also at this point we will
give you an idea of the fee involved to undertake such work, along with
confirmation of return date.
Once
reviewed and agreed, we can work together to achieve completion.
Initially we will review all of the information for discrepancies or missing
data and will issue an RFI form. Merchant or supplier quotation enquiries can
then be distributed and sub-contractor packages will be sent to your chosen
contractors.
EES will then process all information through our estimating software system.
Also if necessary we can attend a mid-tender interview or in the case of a site
survey we will carry this out normally when we are 70% into our estimate to
ensure nothing has been missed.
Our software system will then be used for the final input and apply any
discounts, labour rates and mark ups where necessary, although if labour rates
are not provided we will then input our own which will be based on our own wide
experience.
Once the estimate has been submitted EES will be happy to attend post tender
meetings and discuss possible budget issues or ideas on value engineering.

a late one.
