By utilising our 454.55 M square manufacturing facility along with a comprehensive range of machinery, tooling and production equipment Treble R Fabrication is able to work on a wide range of products using materials such as stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, plastics and UPVC polyethylene.

Penstocks

Treble R Fabrications manufacture a range of Penstocks including light duty Penstocks, conventional Penstocks, heavy duty Penstocks, multi-opening Penstocks and Wedeco Weir Penstocks.

Penstocks Operating Equipment

All operating gear from Treble R Fabrications can be selected to meet the customer�s exact requirements. Products in this category include handwheels, gearbox and handwheels for larger units, electrical actuators, hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic cylinders.

Handstops

Handstops from Treble R Fabrications include general handstops, channel handstops and wall handstops all of which can be manufactured in the square or rectangular format.

Flap Valves

Non-return valves or better known as flap valves can be supplied in a range between 100mm and 3000mm subject to the actual non-return valve/flap valve aperture including circular, rectangular and winch formats.

Stoplogs

Channel mounting, wall mounting, storage racks, lifting beams, lifting poles and davit arms can also be supplied by Treble R Fabrications in a range of materials including GMS, PMS timber, aluminium, grade 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel.

Paddle Gates

Treble R Fabrications manufacture a range of paddle gates and operating equipment for British Waterways.

Bar and Trash Screens

These once again can be manufactured in a wide range of materials to suit the customers� requirements.

Scumboards

We design and manufacture a wide range of scumboards that can be made to suit various tank shapes including circular, square and rectangular.

Weir Plates

Generally supplied in plastic materials weirplates can be produced in circular, square and rectangular formats.

Baffle Boards

Materials available include galvanised mild steel or grade 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel and plastics.

Orifice Plates

Treble R Fabrications design and manufacture a wide range of orifice plates which are the most widely used in the water industry today.

Flood Defence Barriers

Flood defence barriers from Treble R Fabrications includes a range of vertical barriers which can be stacked on top on one another.

Tilting Weir/Radial Gates

The tilting weir/radial gates from Treble R Fabrications are available in sizes from 500mm to 2000mm in square and rectangular formats.

Cut Water Gates

A wide range of options available including square cap and teekey or manual handwheel.

Rotary Turnstile Gates

Used for isolating the flow of water in a chamber, rotary turnstiles from Treble R Fabrications range from sizes 500mm to 2000mm in square or rectangular format.
