Plastic Fabrication
Leeds Plastic Engineering also offers a
Plastic Fabrication Service and regularly carry out work manufacturing parts
such as machine guards, hygienic wall cladding, plastic sheet supply and

We have recently invested in a CNC turning lathe and can weld polypropylene,
PVC, polyethylene, polycarbonate and PETG.
We have recently worked on a number of projects manufacturing and installing
hygienic plastic wall cladding in butchers, abattoirs, food processing
factories and commercial and domestic wash areas and showers.

Leeds Plastic Engineering also provides an aluminium machining service which
is carried out to the very same high standard as our plastic machining

With our modern range of CNC machinery we are able to machine aluminium
parts at the highest feed rates possible which means we can offer our
customers a highly competitive service with fast turnarounds.
This service also has the added advantage for customers requiring mating
parts for plastic components whereby both plastic and aluminium parts can be
assembled and inspected during machining which saves time on eradicating any
tolerance problems.
