    We manufacture all our own products, unlike our competitors

    Plastic Turned Parts Limited are specialist manufacturers of engineered plastic components. We produce precision turned parts to customer specifications in our own manufacturing facility.

    The most important part at Plastic Turned Parts continues to be our people and to offer our customers ever greater capabilities and flexibility. We have recently invested a quarter of a millions pounds in new machinery to compliment our existing extensive plant list of sliding and fixed head CNC Technology.

    People are the most important resource for us, so to ensure we can provide them with the best flexibility and capabilities we are constantly investing in new machinery to really compliment our range of existing plant machinery. We now have the capabilities to precision engineering products up to 200mkm with a bar fed diameter of 65mm.
    Quality

    We are specialists in producing parts within close tolerances. Every product receives stringent inspection at every stage of production. For further assistance all our quality management systems are certified to ISO 9001.

    Delivery Options

    We have a range of delivery options available to customers and these can be customised to requirements & include: Kanban/JIT deliveries, Weekly/Monthly scheduled deliveries, Holding stock for call off.

    Plastic Turned Parts only turn plastic (the clue's in the name) so you can be assured we know what we're talking about.

    We understand the inherent qualities of the many types of plastic on the market and can give technical advice if required. There is also no chance of contamination with other products, which can sometimes be a problem with other general engineering companies.

Our automotive plastic components are precisely, yet rapidly made in bulk quantities. Our components can be found around the world in engines, vehicle braking systems, suspensions and throughout the build of many vans, trucks, cars and motorcycles.
