Qualitetch offers a flexible, accurate and cost effective chemical etching service for the blanking of volume production. This process results in burr and stress free components with accuracies starting at plus or minus 0.010mm. |

We are able to manufacture a vast range of component products by utilising our acid photo etching process. Components range from actuators, brackets, elements and flat springs to laminations, contacts and connectors. Please see website for more details. |
