CNC Precision Turning
Our precision turning section alone includes machinery from some of the world's leading manufacturers of machine tools.

This machining capacity allows for both large and small parts to be CNC turned to close tolerances with excellent surface finish.

With a basic bed swing of 480mm and cutting length of up to 1080mm we are well equipped to take on the requirements of customers with both small and large precision engineered component needs.

CNC Precision Milling
Where CNC precision milling is concerned we regularly work on a wide range of parts designed and machined to meet the specific needs of a wide range of industrial sectors, some of which include:

Machining Unusual Materials
We have developed methods for machining unusual materials, including titanium, Inconel, Molybdenum, Copper Chrome Zirconium and Cork. These components are highly precise parts that are used in Tokamak like reactors, the scientific and nuclear industries.
