Stuga Machinery Creating leading-edge automated machinery

Stuga Machinery designs and manufactures automated window and door fabrication machinery that has been developed to simplify complex tasks thereby reducing the risk of end user operator skill requirements and potential errors.

All design and fabrication at Stuga is carried out in house with high quality materials which are sourced solely in the UK.

Also all of the Stuga machinery only uses software that has been specifically developed by its own in house team of software designers.

    Products

Despite the inaccurate information supplied by some competitors, at Stuga we always guarantee the output of our cutting and prepping centres contractually. In recent years many fabricators have purchased this type of equipment from various other suppliers based on incorrect data.

At Stuga we guarantee if our machinery does not perform as promised we will take it back, the fact that this has never happened stands testament to our integrity. Our products range from the simple Autocut Saw Centre to more complex machinery such as our multi-function ZX and Autoflow centres.

    AutoFlow 2

The AutoFlow 2 is the very latest sawing and machining centre from Stuga. With only a small footprint of 13.5 x 2.3 metres the AutoFlow is capable of producing in the region of 450 to 500 UK style casement windows per week working on a normal shift basis.

The AutoFlow 2 comes with Microsoft Windows, a completely updated on-board software and programming setup to optimise on the fly and profile recognition.

    Microline

The space saving Microline cutting and prepping centre from Stuga packs a huge punch for the small to medium size door and window fabricator. Every possible saw cut and prep can be produced on the Microline which has the potential capacity of producing 400 internally glazed windows per week.

ZX3 and ZX4-the very latest cutting and prepping centres from Stuga

These two versatile and sophisticated cutting and prepping centres can carry out every saw cut and prepping operation possible. They also include 45 and 90 degree cuts, `V` and `Y` notches, drainage, trickle vents, upstand removal, pressure equalisation, dog bolts, door locks, tilt and turn preps, espag preps, door locks, letterboxes, spot preps and hinges.

    The Stuga ZX5

The Stuga ZX5 is the next step up from the ever popular ZX4 with advanced notching features and a new profile gripper system. Upgraded control systems, software and electronics allow finer control over speeds and feeds leading to a higher output and ever more accuracy

    ECOLINE

This is one of the most sought after machines we supply. Although not currently available as new the Ecoline normally gets snapped up quickly as soon as one becomes available.

This machine has been designed to produce roughly 450 to 500 reverse butt windows per week using just one operator. Barcode driven the Ecoline is fully automatic and only 7.25 metres in length.

The Ecoline has been recently upgraded to create a considerably faster output with greater control and more accuracy. Obsolete controls have now been fully upgraded and replaced along with the software.

    Flowline

The Flowline has been specifically designed to remove as much skill and labour from the beginning of the production line as possible. With its 160 degree rotary tooling system the Flowline has unlimited machining possibilities.

    Autocut

The Autocut Saw Centre from Stuga is a fast automatic machine for producing cut pieces from full lengths of 6.5m PVCu profile with little skill.

With its unique self-centering system it is also capable of accurately producing 90 degree, 45 degree and arrowhead cuts.

    Routermaster

The computer controlled Routermaster represents a technical advanced system for the preparation of PVCu and aluminium extrusions. This machine has cutting heads that can be programmed to operate over three dimensions to drill and cut any arrangement of slots and holes.
