Survey JEM is intended for use by any size of organisation. Our current clients
range in size from sole traders to London Councils. Independent Surveyors and
Fire Engineers can create professional reports and certificates with a minimal
initial outlay. The 'pay as you go' pricing allows you to pay more, or less,
according to your needs. You can also resell accounts to your customers allowing
them online access to their reports while you maintain a single login for data
entry.

Although powerful this application is simple and quick to use so saving you time
on data entry. After our clients have completed the first few surveys they tell
us that it often takes them around twenty minutes to complete a typical domestic
property asbestos survey or fire equipment maintenance certificate.
We can provide training if you require it but we find that spending an hour
familiarising a new client with Survey JEM is usually enough for them to start
adding reports. We have over twenty years of experience designing and
maintaining software packages and online applications. Our ideal customer is the
one who asks "how do I turn the computer on" because if they can use our
applications then anyone can. We are proud to be able to say that in over twenty
years of designing and building software packages we have been asked to provide
less than a total of twenty days of training.

Managers and Property Owners
Property managers and owners who want online access to their data usually end up
locked into using the system preferred by their supplier. They usually do not
have direct access to their data which puts them in a weak bargaining position
should the supplier increase their rates.
Survey JEM provides a solution to that problem. Property Managers or Owners can
have their own account on Survey JEM. They can add logins for their chosen
Surveyors or Fire Engineers or we can link any supplier's login if they already
have an account on Survey JEM.
Survey JEM also has a full export facility so property owners can export their
data at any time if they wish to use it with another system.
Any Number
of Reports or Certificates
Survey JEM is priced according to the amount of amount of data storage and
online access required. When you login to your Survey JEM account you will
already have access to the full range of live modules plus any future ones as
they are developed. You pay for storage space so, if you wish to, you can create
a report, save the PDF and supply it to your customer and then delete the report
ready for the next one. Most of our smaller clients tend to keep a range of
reports or certificates which enables them to duplicate and edit an existing one
rather than create a new record. Being able to draw on a library of past reports
or certificates saves them even more time and therefore also money.

Survey JEM has a wide range of customisable options available whereby you can
add your company logo, set default text to load into your reports, upload
company documents as well as other logos such as your UKAS accreditation.
