3D Printing Service

Hand Sanitiser Station/PPE
Our hand sanitiser station has been constructed from stainless steel and incorporates a lockable feature making it ideal for both in and outdoor use.

With its 1 Litre bottle capacity it also benefits from less refilling. To check when it does needs filling you simply use the level indicator built into the front of the sanitiser.

Where maintenance is concerned it requires no batteries and the 304 stainless steel construction also means it’s easy to clean. It also comes boxed with a 'Hand Sanitiser' sticker that can be applied anywhere on the unit.

Ubiquitous Engineering has over fifteen years of experience in the design and manufacture of a wide range of quality engineered solutions so when we undertake a project for a client whether small sub-contractor or large organisation we always deliver.

We use our state of the art CAD systems for a number of highly efficient processes including: Reverse Engineering/Replication/Weight Calculations/Finite Element Analysis/Motion and Movement Modelling.

Where reverse engineering is concerned just simply send us the part you wish to be replicated and we will use 3D scanning and various post processes in order to produce your parts.

We are able to accept files in various formats e.g. DXF, pdf and dwg.

Laser Cutting
Regarding laser cutting we use up to date technology to produce highly accurate components from a wide range of materials some of which include: Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Copper, Aluminium, Brass, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, Wood, Glass and Acrylics.

We have just purchased a new Fibre Laser cutter with a Cut bed of 3m x 1.5m, capable of cutting up to 18mm thick metals. It can cut Mild, Stainless, Aluminium, Brass and Copper.

We want this machine to be running 24/7, so we will be offering this service at a 10% reduced rate for the first 3 months. We are also happy to offer a further 5% discount for Businessmagnet Users.
