Dorset, we have been providing clients with professional waterjet cutting and
profiling services since 2006. We were one of the first UK waterjet companies to
become accredited to ISO 9001:2015, and take great pride in being one of the
best waterjet cutting and waterjet profiling companies in the industry.
We have 8 Omax precision waterjet machines all with the latest hardware and
software, this makes our fleet one of the largest in the world. We also stock a
wide range of material in various grades and thicknesses, non-ferrous and
ferrous. Our stock and machinery give us the capabilities to deliver parts in
under 24 hours where required.

Precision Waterjet can cut virtually any shape in any material but using both
water only and abrasive waterjet cutting technologies. Our state of the art
machinery allows us to cut almost any material in the world up to 200mm thick.
Water Only Waterjet
Profiling
This method of waterjet profiling works by using a beam of water to cut
materials. It is designed to cut soft materials like foam and confectionery etc.
From the cutting of harder materials we offer abrasive waterjet cutting.
Abrasive Waterjet
Cutting
Abrasive waterjet cutting uses a beam of water to accelerate abrasive particles
at extremely high speeds in order to cut through hard materials. Cutting a
square edge to close tolerances through 200mm of stainless steel used to be
fiction, but with our Omax machines this is now a reality.
| Flat Bed Linishing & Brushing |
We have our own in house flat bed linishing and brushing machine to complement
our precision waterjet cutting of close tolerance parts. Having this machinery
allows us to provide fully deburred and finished components, making us a
one-stop-shop.
Our flat bed linishing and brushing machine can be used on most materials
excluding aluminium. We are often asked to produce a dull polished grained
finish on copper, brass and stainless steel. This services removes the need for
you to buy pre-grained plate and sheets, which can be costly, especially in
small quantities.
| Laser Engraving & Etching |
After we have watercut and grained any components you require, we can use our in
house C02 laser marking machine to engrave or etch it for you. Our machinery can
create permanent, high contrast marks on various metals, including mild steel
and stainless steel.
Laser engraving is available for sizes of up to 600mm x 450mm, whether you are
looking to just add an ID number or require a complete nameplate, Precision
Waterjet can achieve this for you.
