Wiltshire first aid are the go to for training. I have received many training courses over the years and these guys are by far the best. Forget boring courses you won't have that on these course. They are funny, use experience of their own to broaden your knowledge and nothing is ever too much to ask for. Lovely calm locations and needs are taken care of. They are brilliant. Book now !

Emma was an amazing trainer, she went through everything in detail and provided many different scenarios. This wasn’t the bog standard training where you listen to a lecture and do the rest on your own, it was interactive and the atmosphere was welcoming

Excellent two days of paediatric first aid training. A great balance of theory and practical based training. The trainers are very good at making the process relatable and accessible to different learners. Hearing about the trainer's own professional and personal experiences helped give context to the theory and provided a very thorough review of content.

A very in depth course covering every possible situation. It’s amazing how much I do remember! Really worthwhile to do and the tutors Pete and Sharon were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It’s great to know that you can visit the website any time and go over all content if you so wish to further reinforce your skills. It’s the best 1st Aid course that I have attended and done and that’s talking many in my various roles.

Dave is extremely knowledgeable and makes the course relevant and relatable. The space for questions and regular discussion was really helpful. I have done several courses with Dave and each one has been informative and enjoyable.

These guys are really great to go with . I have for 10 years or so now and have used the skills and training presented in real life scenarios multiple times . What is spot on is the fact that it is presented in a very straightforward uncomplicated manner, in real life when you have to use these skills then this all works. I have done and received higher level training but Emma and the team win it all day long.

We have just completed MHFA training, Emma was great at being flexible around dates for training. Amanda was a great trainer and ensured the training was appropriate to her audience, MHFA can be a heavy subject and a lot to take in, however Amanda managed to ensure the tasks were a little lighter and presented the information in a memorable and relevant to the team approach leaving us feeling more confident around mental health.

Had a wonderful experience with this first aid course. The online portion was easily accessible and the in person day was informative but relaxed. I liked the real life incidents/stories attached to Emma’s teachings to make it more relatable to what we were learning. Geared towards childcare providers but would be great for parents or grandparents too.

I recently attended a First Aid at Work Course run by Wiltshire First Aid Training, and if I am honest was dreading it!! However, I needn't have been worried, as from the start the Instructor Emma was extremely friendly, professional and obviously passionate about her subject. She used humor throughout the Course when appropriate but without losing sight of the seriousness of the matters at hand. I now feel comfortable that I can deal with any incident which arises in the workplace. Would thoroughly recommend the Company and Emma in particular.

Today I attended a Paediatric First Aid course organised & held at a fellow childminder`s home. I have always dreaded this course coming around every 3 years, but today was a 1st in my 15 years of childminding. Emma Noakes the instructor was fab, she made us all feel at ease & made the course a lot more enjoyable. Highly recommended & will be passing the word around to all of my other fellow childminders.
